Kindergarten Programs *
Studies show that children benefit from high quality, full-day Kindergarten programs. The Simi Valley Unified School District offers families throughout the district two full-day Kindergarten options, depending on your child’s age.
Transitional Kindergarten (TK) and traditional Kindergarten classes are taught by credentialed teachers with experience in early-childhood education, in a safe and nurturing environment, on elementary school campuses located throughout the district. All of our Kindergarten programs are free.
Enrollment for our TK programs is handled through the District Office. There is more information provided on this page, and you can download the TK Enrollment Packet from the links below or come to the District Office at 101 West Cochran between 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. to pick up a packet. For questions, please call (805) 306-4500. We cannot wait to meet you!
School Tours and Information Events
While all formal tours for the School of Choice season have already passed, please feel free to contact any of our schools to ask for a tour.
Please note that Hollow Hills Elementary School and Vista Elementary School are Fundamental schools. Arroyo Elementary School launches its Dual Language Academy this coming year. None of these schools are part of the School of Choice program.
